simply copy pasting a number.. kaboom!!!! the call is on, not necessary to keep dialing the numbers.
Are you kidding me? I'm in sales and am very rarely in the office, but I love getting messages sent to me via email! This allows me to easily manage my incoming calls and respond to my customers needs more effectively. Thank you!

The system is easy to use - if any of our staff have questions, 8x8 support has answered and assisted in resolving the issue. 8x8 has great customer service - 98% of everyone I've talked to, sound happy and ready to help. I love the sound quality, it seems much better than cisco phones I have used at other companies!
