I love the fact there are apps for 8x8 on Apple products but also Android - the chat feature between co-workers is fab. I also love the efax. I truly have everything needed @ my fingertips to do my job effectively and efficiently.
Flexibility, I set up our company operation complete mobile and on a run and 70% depend on iPhone and Mac Book. Fact that 8X8 Apps work so well with our devices really a plus. Because they offer what you need without any hassle Love being able to listen my voicemail from my email.
Our group went to 8X8 because we are recruiters. We really wanted the opportunity to record our calls. When a client gives us a job order, we can go back and listen over and over. When we do reference calls, we can ask questions and go back and type it out later without missing anything. We have the desk phones and the cell application. We never want the opportunity to miss a call.

I work from home which means my only means of communication with customers and other employees throughout the day is via my 8x8. I love the on screen features that show me who is available, who has called me and who I have called. The best part is being able to move around my home office, changing my view often, and all I have to do is grab my laptop and headset and go! Thank you 8x8 for allowing us to not be a slave to our desks!
