My Favorite option for my 8X8 phone service is that I can plug my phone right into my computer and hear all my messages through my email. This is extremely important because my job is active and I can hear my messages anytime, anywhere. In addition, if I connect the internet cables, then i do not need a power source! This combination is why I love 8X8.
The ability to stay connected in the cloud no matter what and you can't beat the value of a fixed cost per month. I work from home most of the time and in Virtual Office the secretary can transfer calls as if I'm sitting in my office at work. On September 13th our church was completely destroyed by fire. 2.5 years ago, I left my corporate job and came to work at a small business with 50 employees. The old PBX-based analog phones system and phones were terrible. We had no caller ID, no speaker phone, no mute button, issues with toll fraud and we couldn't easily add lines because we were at capacity. 8x8 is an all in one inter office communication center for our company. It provides the ability to have Constant accessibility when you need it. While being able to disconnect from business when you want to.

It is AMAZING how much more efficient I can be because of 8X8 service! I especially like the FAX feature. Being able to fax directly from my computer save me so much time! I don't even have to make a cover sheet!! Receiving a fax on my computer is amazing as well. Its already saved for future reference (in case I can't put my hands on it right away!) Document control in the legal field can be challenging. I was sold on 8X8 from the start! Thank you.
