I can go away for days at a time with only my toothbrush, my water bottle, and my iPhone with the 8 x 8 app loaded on it and be confident that I won't miss a thing. It's all there. Business as usual.
I most love the cost savings and flexibility of the 8X8 system. Due to the economy my three businesses needed to seriously downsize to survive for the future. We had extremely old copper switch premises equipment and a high fixed monthly cost with our phone provider. The question is what don't I love about 8x8?! The answer: Nothing! This is such a great service with so many great features.
What's not to like? Ease of use is tremendous. At first I was overwhelmed by how many options and tools but the great customer support, the introductory conference call to get started was priceless. Call tracking, recording virtual line etc. This has all contributed to making my transition to the new office easy. Thank you! Oh, and the monthly rate? Loving it!! -Kris Morrow
I love the app on your IPhone. August 11, of 2014 , we had a CAT claim with rains, basements flooding. I was checking my email from my laptop at home, checking policies and calling customers up to 10 30 at night referring them to restoration companies, I was making the calls from my app on my IPHONE , my customers really appreciated it and the service they thought I was in my agency. Number 1 being voice mails sent to your email address. Then checking and replying straight from that email if need be. 8x8 is a fantastic company and I am glad we made the switch!

As a small religious non profit organization, we are grateful to have a VOIP phone system that supports our staff who are located in 3 buildings and it is affordable. In the past we would have needed to buy our own phone system and maintain it. We now keep updated with 8x8, have immediate customer service, and are using the latest technology. We love our phone system. We are grateful.
