My husband enjoys his time off while I talk to coworkers and clients alike through my 8x8 phone line as if I was still sitting in my desk in Chicago, IL. I'm able to get my work done and provide excellent service when needed with the help of my 8x8 phone line. I'm even going to add the fax line to my extension for more seamless service.
I feel that 8x8 gives my company a chance to interact in a user-friendly interact across all departments and even overseas. It increases our efficiency and reporting, while also enabling us to spend less time worrying about outdated phone lines. It is truly a great tool and asset.

It allows the multiple employees in my company to stay connected and quickly see information about candidates I'm contacting as well as prevent us from contacting the same people. I love that I can see if someone is on the phone so that I don't bother them.
