I purchased the 8 x 8 phone system to help me with my business needs. It is been a pleasure to work with both the inside technical support, the sales team, as well as simply use the system. I have been nothing but impressed with the product, the service and the inside team. I would recommend anyone to 8 x 8 for their business phone needs.
The system has been very reliable, and has enables us to connect offsite team members seamlessly.
As our phone system administrator I love to be able to change the system from anywhere I have Internet access. This makes the system so flexible. In the past, we've had to close our facility because of a power outage. I can quickly change our Automated attendant to redirect calls, change the greeting, and much more. It's so convenient.
What I love most about 8x8 is that I can access it from anywhere. On days when my boss lets us leave early, we can just turn it on and have all calls forwarded to our cell phones. It's like taking my office on the go. I can check all voice mails and handle all my office work from home if I need to. When the weather is bad here in Chicago, the power goes out in our warehouse but, instead of missing calls during the power outage, we can just turn 8x8 on and still handle in coming calls. It's made life easier.

With 8x8, my entire office is able to stay connected and quickly keep track of who is calling who. It also allows for us to see who is calling and direct as needed without having to screen calls manually.
I love that chat option. We have two different office locations. The ability to send a quick message to find out who was working with a certain customer is extremely useful.
