8x8 gives our business the ability to work where and when we need to. With remote employees and a hovering office, 8x8 allows us to stay in contact with our customers and perform the services that keep business flowing.
So far the sales process has been smooth and technical support has been accessible. We are just getting started implementing the system, but are looking forward to a long and successful partnership with 8x8.
Just set it up, and it was very intuitive. Customer service has been extremely helpful. Appointments were on time. Sales force was pressure free and answered all my questions.
I love the fact that I can access my voicemail from anywhere. Being able to listen to my voicemail through my emails is great!

What I love most about 8x8 is that if my internet goes down my phones are automatically forwarded to another line I have designated. Sometimes I haven't even discovered the internet is down when the designated phone rings - keeping us from missing important calls!
With only a few people to answer the phones throughout the day we love being able to use the application on our cell phones to be able to answer the phone from anywhere in the building or from home if we have to!! We also love the instant messenger application on the computer for quick contact when a phone call isn't necessary!
Excellent sales and customer support. It never fails. What else you can ask for to run a 7x24 business? Love the service.
