The support is always there when I need them. So no matter where I am, I get to do everything I need when and where I wish.
Long story short ... I love that wherever I am; my voicemails follow me on my Mobile phone or iPad. No checking in on the phone and writing down phone numbers ... they're kept in my emails for as long as I want. Awesomely simple.
8x8 is a great tool for my sales team to use when we are tracking activity and efficiency. I can't think of a better service for us to use to accomplish that goal!

Prior to signing-up with 8x8 I was using just my cell phone as I spend 50% of my time on the road. This was a big inconvenience in the office as I was unable to effectively use a speaker phone and was not able to conference call. Now I can have calls forwarded to me, conference call and use a speaker phone that sounds great.

Love the phone service and features, I didn't know that theres an Internet based phone company like 8 x 8 exists. Clarity is amazing and how we can route/forward the calls is just amazing!
What I love most about 8x8 is the virtual receptionist. Since adding 8x8 service we have been able to increase our productivity as we are able to utilize the person that used to be tied to the phone to perform functions that were before not possible since she had to answer and direct every call that came in.
I purchased the 8 x 8 phone system to help me with my business needs. It is been a pleasure to work with both the inside technical support, the sales team, as well as simply use the system.
