I like the idea of this app, but the execution needs some work to open and close according to the calls made. It should record who just called in, not the last person to call in. It can be unwieldy at times.

Sometimes the process takes too much time and freezes the entire page, constant times where the app shuts down out of nowhere and many times it registers over 4 plugins open when there are none open.
It works 24x7, never have to worry that the power goes off in my office and I can scan in the faxes to my software program so I do not even have to use up ink and paper. I give them 5 stars
