A very mixed bag. The ability to plug the phone into any working ethernet outlet is nice. The cost is reasonable. The phone directory takes several minutes to display which makes it a useless feature. In large part the phone service has been available when needed. The rewards program is a bit shaky; applying for the rewards isn't always possible, no matter what the salesman tells you - and of course the answer is different after you've signed up.
