We provide IT services to music festivals around the world, and 8x8's incredible customer service and uptime allow our clients to operate on the schedule of rock and roll. the service might only need to run in a city for 4 days, but those 4 days require 100% uptime and customer service to deal with any issues that might arise. in 12 years, 8x8 has proven they they can be counted on.
8x8 is convenient, easy to use, and reliable. Virtual office is a great tool for businesses and organizations of any size and scale. The service - when needed - is also top notch. Highly recommended!
The most I like about using 8x8 is that I have a phone on my desk top anywhere I go and when I am going to be away from my computer I just forward the calls to my cell phone. That way I know I will not miss any important calls.
I was faced with a need to setup an entire office from the ground up with a total of 1 month before move in was needed. Not only was the setup , configuration and into live a breeze and almost plug and play, the users in the new building have all commented on the clarity of the calls. Better than the digitial Avaya solution they had been using in a previous office. Thank you 8X8 this is why we are moving other offices to your service.

We love that we can stay connected on the road or away from the office - mobile app is AWESOME and the desktop app provides EXCELLENT control and visibility over communications. We also love that 8 x 8 services can be seamlessly integrated with our CRM - and whenever we've had a question (and we've had many) the support is and has always been OUTSTANDING! Keep it up!!
