I love so many things about 8 x 8 !! The features of caller ID and functions of missed calls, placed calls and received calls are very valuable features. We have 3 telephones at our shop and showroom but also have one of the telephones at our home which is very convenient in evenings and weekends. I love the control features. Everything from setting up individual voicemail to being able to view what is going on within our business. Forwarding the phones to different people on different days with ease makes my life so much easier. The customer service has been top notch, especially the initial start up crew. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have the same great phone service and number for my clients regardless of where I am in the world. I particularly love that voice messages get sent to me by email as an attachment and I don't need to be online to listen to them.
