We 8x8 like for a number of reasons, but primarily the accessibility of our account through the online portal. It makes accessing our account information very easy, and the portal is really user friendly.
What I love most about 8X8 is that it works. I run my business from my cell phone and the cell phones of 2 other key employees. We have a single office number and with the 8x8 service when the phone rings at the office it also rings our 3 cell phones so we never miss a call. Before switching to 8X8 I had attempted this with 3 other companies and they just could not get it to work. Thanks 8X8 for the great service! Wayne
I think its amazing.. You don't have to be in the office to answer your calls. You can have the app on your cell phone, or laptop and receive all your calls and voicemail no matter where you are. I love it... you are able to enjoy time with family and never miss the important phone calls. Thank you.
We love the virtual office that allows us to chat and text. The texting feature is a needed feature for our office.
8x8 is great to communicate with colleagues in an easy and convenient way! I know who is in and who is available, so I don't disturb anyone in an inappropriate time. Also, it is so easy to make calls and to access voicemails, I just love it!
We can be everywhere at once! As a small company, the appearance of a large operation is essential to gaining new clients. We can be on the road yet appear to be in the office to clients.
