Four years ago, I went through a bout of palate cancer. The treatment included surgery, chemo and radiation. An obterator, a device like a denture made from metal, was crafted to replace the palate after a skin graft. The surgery included remove of the nose cartledge and bone. When I went back to work, I had trouble being understood on the telephone. Enter 8x8. They recommended a Polycom 550 VOIP phone and a Plantronics headset. Very easy to use. Logs my calls appropriately Sometimes opens the correct account with an inbound call, this is very helpful so i do not have to search it while in the middle of a conversation. Would be great if this happened more consistently.

Love the flexibility and ease of use the product brings to the table. To be able to use the desk phone or the pc phone allows us to always have access to our clients, even when we are on the road. The online product is extremely easy to use and allows you to store and save contacts so you are not fumbling back and forth between outlook or email and the phone. Love the product!
