Our agency loves the comprehensive programs offered by 8x8. Not only the phone system, but the electronic fax and mobile app are so easy to use. The call forwarding option allows me to service clients without being chained to my desk. The calls go right to my cell phone with just the press of a button in the app. 8x8 has solutions for many of our office needs in one spot.

I love that I can quickly update my ring groups to send calls to the right person at the right time. The online tool is extremely easy to use and takes a lot of the hassle out of my day to day.

Our office phones are extremely busy all the time. It is easy to sometimes not catch the right pronunciation of a name when the party says it. This keeps us from having to ask them again. Also, the phone numbers helps us update or files for current information. It's a great program with many different features we use daily.
