The call is crispy and voice clear. The all around features enable us to develop good relationship with customers and partners and the meeting option, uauuu, really great!
It is easy to use and if there is ever a problem tech support always handles it in a timely manner. We also receive follow ups to make sure that problems have been resolved. Excellent service.

1 year ago, coming from a company that didn't have caller ID, this is an amazing product. For me, as a broker, I'm always on the go. The mobile app and all it can do is what I love about 8x8. Call forwarding and being able to have a mobile office ANYWHERE is huge. I talk to a lot of people on the go and a lot of the time, frankly, I don't want people to have my cell. The best part I love about 8X8 is the call forwarding to my cellphone and the option to call from my cellphone using the desktop app. This eliminates the trouble, when you are connected to a slow network or when the network connectivity is bad. One of the best online calling service with affordable rates. I am considering to subscribe it for my personal and family use as well. Its not immediate but will do it soon.
