Our phones system went down all the time with our other carrier. Rain, snow or good weather didn't make a difference. Now we have a reliable service that doesn't go down. Since we are a call center for state of Virginia vehicles, we need to be able to depend on our phone system. Thanks
We absolutely love the fact we can simply dial an extension and be connected to anyone in our company whether in state or not. I also adore the easy ability to forward calls to any number with a click of a button!

I own a tax resolution firm, and am always on the phone and on the go. What I love about the 8x8 system is that the company has an app that I, along with a lot of my staff have downloaded onto their personal devices. The app allows us to always be in contact with our clients even when we are out of the office which is a huge plus. The app also has great features where as our clients can send text messages to the landline number and we can view and respond in the app for those hard to reach people. 8x8 Helps me stay connected, even if I am not at my desk. Being able to use the App, or just no longer being tied to a hardline phone is a great help. I am free to work from where ever and still be able interact over the phone with all of my Co-Workers and clients.
8x8 allows me to KNOW without running into the back if someone is on the phone..LOVE that And I can PM the guys to see if they even Want to talk to the person who has called. It makes communication in the office so SIMPLE!!!
8x8 has improved our productivity by routing the calls without going through our receptionist but best of all is the ability to use our cells phones to receive calls and to call our customers using our office phone number. Now we dont have to worry about customers getting our cell phone numbers and calling at all hours. Love it!!
We have people moving from office to jobsite and back. They can all maintain the same phone number and contact information no matter where they are. Also with the app, we can carry our office phone no matter where we are. Thank you 8x8 Heather Krosch
