We use 8x8 for ALL of our phone communication. The ease of use and convenience of being able to work from home without missing out on anything in the office is invaluable. Even when I'm working from home, my clients get the same experience as when I'm in the office. They're always a little confused when they hear my dog bark, though!
8x8 moves with me and that is a critical necessity for me on a daily basis. I may have a meeting that pops up out of nowhere but it is fine because 8x8 is installed on my computer. My son may call me to let me know that he forgot his football cleats (again) for practice but no problem because I have the 8x8 app installed on my iPhone! Mobility and flexibility are key components of success for me and having 8x8 in my toolbox really does make a difference. Thanks guys!
We love the ease of use of 8x8! We can make phone calls and check voicemails from our handsets, cell phones or laptops seamlessly.
What I love most about 8x8 is there is so much information online! It is easy to navigate through and make changes that we need to make and when I do get stuck on something I know I can call and get someone on the line quickly but most of all I LOVE that I can do online chats, it just makes it easier and then I can print the steps I was given to keep for future reference.
I love the flexibility scalability and shear reliability. Tech support has always been very helpful even with challenging installations. Sales team has been reasonable and professional. Value for the product is paramount and present.
In all honesty, my favorite thing is that I get an email with each voicemail, so I can tell if I've gotten calls when I am out of the office and I can listen to them remotely too. That rocks.
Dynamics Edge employees love that we are able to use our smartphones and desktop apps versus the traditional hardwired phones. This provides the mobile flexibility we need. We have all switched from using Skype for Business texting to the 8x8 system texting. My boss loves that I can give him reports on the number of calls in and what was answered. I like that everyone is happy with the system and my efforts with bringing you onboard.
We can't say enough about our 8x8 phone service! I love the flexibility with the being able to use the app. The app allows me to conduct business from any venue at anytime so I don't have to be tied to an office or desk.
