8x8 is a personal experience. The company salesmen are not there to rip you off. Within the first minute of speaking to my salesman, he was all about saving me money and doing what is in the best interest for my company. He was kind and intelligent. 8x8 service is awesome! Since working from home has become the "norm" lately, a lot of employees have picked up on the trend. One of the best features of 8X8 is that it enables the employees to listen to their phone messages directly from their laptops without having to dial in to their phones the old fashioned way. No more remembering passcodes, etc. Love it!
Hello I am Ani Jean, We use 8 x 8 phone services and when I got the Polycom phone with HD voice it changed my life. I am hard of hearing and I could not carry on a conversation in the Past. There is nothing more I can say but, AWESOME! We have never had a system failure, which means no lost revenue. Quality of service has also been terrific. The service is extremely scaleable and can grow with you. Faxes, recordings, data is all at your fingertips and easy to use, not to mention the cellular app on my phone. I can say this services has been much easier to manage then my hosted PBX system I used for years. I would recommend it to anyone.
I can take my work phone anywhere with the 8x8 app and desktop program. I use headphones and an USB podcasting mic with the desktop program for best quality and comfort when I have a long conference call.
We love how easy it was to add a toll free bridge for our conference calls. 8x8 lets us expand and our reliable, personalized service stays high quality.

A great portable system that does not discriminate phones - the flexibility of having calls going to our cell phones as well as our desk phones. Great idea!
I love the fact that my office phones can be taken to another location where there is internet and can be used immediately, say if I had damage to my office from a storm I could take one of the phones home and answer as if I am still at the office. I have an insurance agency and my husband was really ill last year and I needed to be close to him. I took one of my phones home and set up a home office. It really meant a lot to me to have that freedom. 8X8 is awesome!
