Reliable service! We have been through dropped calls and severe downtime through JIVE & RingCentral, but never 8x8. We get many solicited calls for VoIP, but there's nothing you can tell me to get me away from 8x8. Their staff is awesome as well. Anytime I need they take care of it. At first when our rep was promoted, I was afraid that the next one wouldn't take care of us like the last. We've recently become customers of 8x8. And today, 10.31.16, we completed our first deployment. We were very satisfied with the support we received getting this first deployment done. There will be 25 other deployments and I am looking forward to working with 8x8 support team again.
Having voicemails sent to our emails is the most helpful part of the 8x8 services!
I would say that this helps, if it would stay active for more than 5-7 calls at a time. I like the fact that we have a click to call capability, but I always end up with an 'instances' issue where it says I need to close windows to continue using, when I have ONE window open. The only way to re-initiate the process and use 8x8 again, is to completely shut down salesforce, log back in and sign back in to 8x8. It is incredibly frustrating.
I love the ease of implementing and maintaining the system....all at a fraction of the cost of other systems, with no loss in features. In fact, our 8x8 system was implemented in less then 3 weeks at 1% of the cost of the system that our parent company's system.
