The phones are essential with my insurance business. Incoming, outgoing, apps, faxing....it is our portal to our business. Outside of our internet provider, 8x8 has always solved for any problem that occurs. My team always gets treated right by the 8x8 team. Fixes and answers is the results we see. I am sure that I do not utilize 8x8 to it's full potential, but I learn as I go. The service never let's me down.
The ability to transfer calls to our cell phones and track customer requests. The web interface is great and really has kept us in tune with all the calls coming in.

It has all the features I need, the most important the ability to add other people on the call. Its cost effective, cheaper than any other online phone service and great quality, never experienced down-time or a bad connection. You download the app, log-in and voila! I never miss a critical call or voicemessage. We came to a new appreciation for 8x8 when were able to expand into a new market segment using associates that work remotely.
