I have already worked with 2 other companies but i heard about 8x8 so i decided moved to this company, somebody who use the 8x8 service referred me, so that’s how we turned to them. I have a good rapid response from them when I need some assistance. I use the normal telephone line and the voicemail for sales, customer service and from the people who use our station. We LOVE so many things about the 8x8 services! Where can we begin? We have a retail business with employees in all different states. 8x8 services keeps us all connected as if we were in one location. We deal with customers and vendors on a daily basis and many of these phone calls are being made and received remotely. I think personally, global calls. We have India Operations and the calls are seamless and the quality is simply superb. We like the international calling services. We reach out to team over in India and work together on phones without any issues.
I love being able to login to the dashboard and changing a users' extension to whatever I would like it to be based on their location within my office as opposed to marrying an extension to a physical port.
We love being able to talk to eachother and to clients from anywhere. It allows much more opportunity for flexible schedules and work from home hours. We all love being able to video chat with eachother for meetings or trainings as well.
I love that it flexible, very easy to forward voice mails and phone calls to out therapists!! I am the only one in the whole office that has a physical phone - everyone else uses their cell phones and it works wonders!!
The ability to send inter-office messages, and the phone application is amazing!
Love the new app that allows you to get calls directly to your iPhone, love the fact that if you do miss a call you get an email telling you about the missed call and even allows you to listen to it without even being at the office.
8x8 allows me to forward my calls to my cell phone, this has unchained me from my desk!
