The uniformity between a desktop app in real time with a hard phone system is game changing.
I love the simplicity of everything from phone to fax. I had to follow 3 or more steps to get a fax out with our previous system now I get it done with 2 steps and I love getting the confirmation via email so I know my fax was successful. It's the little things like this that makes my life so much easier at the office. Thank you.

We love that it creates such an intimate and connected environment in all of our offices across the nation. We have quick and high clarity access to anyone, anywhere. The ability to take your office on the go in a handy app is one of the greatest ways to stay connected while out of the office. I personally haven't missed a single call in a long time. It is convenient and easy to use.
Here at PatientPop, we love the option to sync with Salesforce for logging our calls, this is a huge help for us. But personally I love how I get voicemails sent to my email, that way I do not miss a customer need or request. Thanks, 8x8 :)
