The phone service is very convenient. I love that my voicemail goes right to my email. As I am in and out of my office it makes it simple for me to keep on top of that.
8x8 is EVERYTHING! I can have everything I need to communicate effectively, plan meetings, conference call and instant training meetings as needed. It's replaced at least 4 different programs we were using - now everything is in 1 place, and I am able to see which of my staff is on a call and who's free to assign projects to. I am the GM of a small business, and 8x8 has been the perfect phone service for us for over 6 years. I love the flexibility of having a desk phone, a mobile hand set and the app for when I am out of the office. Customers need to be able to get a hold of me whether I am in the office, warehouse or on the road.
