The flexibility of our 8x8 setup has been amazing during a very large transition in my business over the past two years. We've moved, grown, opened a second location, hired new staff out of state - and you'd never know it by calling us. We've added lines and moved staff members around. Couple clicks in our 8x8 portal and the changes are made. If we were tied to a land-line system we never could have done the things we've done. This is on top of all the wonderful features and track-ability of the 8x8 system.
First think wanted to say thank you for your services, I love the technology made my job easier especially for users working for home. just take the phone and all good. been with tech support many times and had a good experience. the only issue I had ones it to put 8x8 and the internet provider over the phone to fix the issue. finally was 8x8 routing issue. thank you

8X8 is very user friendly. We are a small company with 3 offices on the East coast and growing so we need to have access to our phones/computers -they are the lifeline for all our sales for the company. We recommend 8X8 to anyone starting or already established business.
We use 8x8 for Technical support. Most of the time we are in the office and everything is ok. But when we are on the road 8x8 lets us be in the office with out being in the office. Makes our work flow easier when one of us is stuck in an airport for 6 hours and befor we could not get anything done. Simply put 8x8 lets me be in the office and i dont have to leave my house.
The Clarity is awesome..I love, love that we can put in names and just choose from them..the ones we use the most! Most of all i love that i get an email saying i missed and call and i can return the call asap!! This is the best system ever! I love 8x8!!
