8x8 has brought new life into our office. In the HVAC industry, communication is the hinge pin that connects us to our customers in their time of need. Having the availability to be connected anywhere gives us the ability to better serve our clients. Easy programming and call forwarding makes life simpler and helps build confidence between our company and the people we serve!

I have been a customer for many years now. I have experienced very little problems with the equipment or service. On the few times I have, they were fast to fix. I recently upgraded to Polycom phones and like them very much. The best thing about this service is the ease in which to move locations. Since it is all internet based you just need a connection and done.

The convenience of being able to use the phone right on mt computer is my favorite use of the 8x8 syste. I also love being able to track my calls without having to do anything manually.

I love the virtual office...I can be at home, log on and appear to be calling from the office! I have no complaints about the service, too. If a problem arises contacting tech support is easy.
