I love the fact that it shows previous dialed numbers. No calling people over and over again.
8x8 has been hugely important for my work in so many ways. It allows me to keep in touch more easily with my co-workers, through both IM and the VOIP. It makes conducting phone surveys with individuals across the country easier. Overall, it's really revolutionized how I keep in touch with people, both internal and external, while at work.
It gives us to have phone numbers in oversea countries that gives us local presence and make people feel easier to contact us at local phone rates.
Rliability and good customer service
As a remotely-based employee for my wound care management company (they are based in NY and I am in CT), I was recently sent my 8x8 phone when our company switched over everyone at the corporate office. An e-mail notification for voicemail is a wonderful feature when I'm not in the office. I am always in the know when I have a voice mail on the go through the e-mail on my cell phone. Sound quality is always crispy clear! 8x8 = 64 and 6+4 = 10! That is a rating that you deserve for providing an excellent phone service... a 10 out of 10!

Here in our insurance sales agency, we truly appreciate the ability to utilize the 8x8 Virtual Office app (for both iOS and Android). It allows us easy accessibility to (and from) our customers , all while maintaining a high level of professionalism by ensuring our company and personal information remain separate. I love that I can see who's call I missed and be able to call them right back and have them surprised, especially if they didn't leave a message.
