A recent really cool story that happened in our office... My sister works for me and she was telling a story on how, it was really cool that she had gotten transferred to someone's cell phone, and that the guys was out of the office, and how great it would be if we had something like that.... So I told her we do!!!! Just hit transfer and enter whatever number you want the call to go too. So we tested it out in the office and everyone was like "no way!!!" As a Senior Technical Support Engineer I have a lot of projects other than answering customer questions on the phone. 8x8 allows me check the queue status at a glance so I can help out on the phones if lots of folks call at the same time.
Our office is a small one, so using a wired PBX phone system was out of the question financially.
