8x8 helps me be a successful sales rep! It makes it so easy when someone calls in and it automatically pulls up their sales force record. I can pick up and greet the person by name and really create an overall better experience. My manager can track my calls and call time easily, so I can be rewarded on hard work. I love the mobility factor. I work remotely and I love the fact that I can stay in contact with customers and employees by using 8x8 on my desktop, cell phone through the app and my office phone. 8x8 has opened up a new world of mobility for me. We are a small company of 11 employees and have had 8x8 from the start, they are perfect for our office and we have never had any issues. Customer Service Reps are always helpful and i love that we have an account manager who is always available.
Our office is a small one, so using a wired PBX phone system was out of the question financially. When looking for an internet based phone system, we researched all the features and the cost involved with just a few extensions. We've been through a lot of staff and office changes. Moving phones was always stressful and costly with 30-day notices and cutovers and all the mess that comes with that. We love the flexibility of 8x8 to adjust as our office adjusts and to work remotely without feeling remote.
