The service is great reliable and feature rich, however I would have to say the greatest thing about 8X8 is the mobility. I can use the service anywhere and with a diverse multi-state office I can get everyone together on the same phone system and my users are able to have a true office phone regardless of where they are.
I love the drop-dead easy web administration, my boss loves the money we save from our old system, but the feature that I continue to hear the most love from the staff is voicemail to email. People always get their messages. No numbers to call or passcodes to dial. And returning a call is a simple click away. Thanks, 8x8.
I love the ability to keep my phone volume low, while being alerted on my screen. Visually seeing my voicemails keeps me organized too!
