My boss is a perfectionist, but the good kind. She requires that everything we fax have a confirmation attached and placed in the employee folder. With 8x8 I get an email confirmation that I can attach to my fax and when I do a whole bunch at the same time I can go and click on the eye icon to match which fax went with which document. The conference call feature and desktop app are my two favorite features. They're life savers! These services keep my colleagues and me connected in a way that you can't get from other communication providers.
Voice Mail can be picked up via E-mail a very cool feature.
We switched phone companies to receive better service as many of our employees (appraisers) are on the phone many times throughout the day. Whether they are on the phone with clients, lenders, home owners, builders, or other appraisers, they call many different people. We love the customer service and the ease of having our phones everywhere with the virtual office. Our experience is great and we love our new service. We have had a very bad experience with our last provider but we all agree we are in great hands now with 8x8. Thanks again for being terrific :)
