The flexibility to be able to access the office phones anywhere. in the office, on our cell phone or computers. We have had times when someone could not be in the office for a period of time, but the staff was able to download the phone their home PC and keep working. Love that I can have extensions, at no charge where calls are forward to my staff's cell phones. It's great to have the professional appearance of an office and cell phone on their business cards and marketing.
What I love best about the 8x8 Inc. service is their professional and very direct approach to assisting my company with its needs. Convenience!! 8X8 simplifies faxing, emailing, and call logs...AND, I don't even have to get up to fax! It's brilliant! The services make it easier to organize and keep record of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
I like 8x8 I think it gives you some great options to work with when working with 8 different papers it shows you exactly what paper they are calling from. I love that you can see incoming or missed calls on the computer screen. I also like the instant messaging because its easier than sending an email and very quick.
