WORST COMPANY EVER! 30 MIN HOLD TIMES. THEN WHEN YOU FINALLY GET SOMEONE, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU. If feels like they went & hired people off the street that have no technology awareness at all. I hate this company! I went to vocalocity & I am so very happy I did...

After 3 years with 8X8 we tried using our phone this morning and their recording says your service has been disconnected. As a businesses who relies on our phone to work for our clients, this is not acceptable. No email no phone call. We logged in to update CC. This is unacceptable.

I am completely frustrated with 8x8. We have been with for about 2 years, and that's probably 1 year & 6 months too long. We have had issues with call quality, dropped calls, etc. on an ongoing basis. They have changed multiple things on their side, and we have made all of their recommended changes on our side and we are still have dropped calls. Today I spent 2 hours on the phone because we were trying to change settings on 2 extensions and ended up with 2 Polycom phones that now don't work. 1 of them was even brand new... read more

This company offers DNS service via their "zerigo" brand. The DNS service has non stop interruptions for last 4 days. Do not deal with them

I am sorry but currently I would not recommend 8 X 8. We have loved this service since we got it but for over a month now when you tape a conversation you can not get that recording and save it for over an hour when it use to always be immediate. Currently it is taking me 3 - 4 hours to be able to listen and save the recordings and I have to save and record most of my conversations with my job and then e-mail that conversation to my client. Oh boy! I must be nuts to hang in there with 8x8. Oh the phone works wonderful but,,,,but the FAX line.....Ugh! I have spent more time talkiong to no less than eight invdividuals, all nice, but still no FAXES. What I can't figure out is...it worked at first; then something was changed. Nope not on my end but on 8x8's. I can prove that as an email was sent bragging, bragging about the improvements to the FAX system......WELL let me tell you it is underwater, I see the bubbles.
