Getting voicemails in my inbox is a workflow game changer.
Our business had to go through 3 other VOIP providers before 8X8. All the other providers had serious quality of service issues that reflected poorly on our business. Some of these services were even more expensive proving that you don't always get what you pay for. We have had no quality of service issues with 8X8 and the Virtual Office app has been a great addition to your systems.
It does two great communication business enhancements: 1st. saves your messages; 2nd sends you an email with the message attached. How much better can it get.
I LOVE that we can transfer phone calls to another office, before we had to give the customer their phone number and they would be very unhappy they couldn't be transferred. I also think they have made it very convenient for us to call a customer from our cell phones and it says we are calling from the office. Thanks for the awesome app!
Convenience of the product and the ability to access your phone system anywhere.
A few years ago I got really fed up with the high cost of phone service at my office. When I contacted 8x8 and got there system I got better service IE: no local or long distance charges, my monthly cost was cut in half. Now when I refer someone to 8x8 which I have a few times I also got a check each time they joined 8x8. no more printing junk faxes just erase. message service is also much easier to use. plus all of the others stuff too numerous to mention.
The phones can ring to a group of lines at one time so everyone in the assigned group can pick up the switchboard without our receptionist having to be at her desk at all times.
I work in multiple offices in the USA and overseas. The fact that I can "be there" wherever I am is a huge help!
