As a loan officer, I work from my office, from home and on the road. In the eyes of my clients and business partners my location is completly transparent. The ability to browse and listen to my voicemails through my web-browser at work or on the go is fantastic!
I love that I can quickly update my ring groups to send calls to the right person at the right time. The online tool is extremely easy to use and takes a lot of the hassle out of my day to day.
Our office phones are extremely busy all the time. It is easy to sometimes not catch the right pronunciation of a name when the party says it. This keeps us from having to ask them again. Also, the phone numbers helps us update or files for current information. It's a great program with many different features we use daily.
We love the Virtual Office. It makes working remotely so much easier!
