Love being able to pick up the calls .at the desk phone or the mobile! Additionally, the personal support from Kevin in getting set up has been great!

I have been using 8x8 for a few years and I absolutely love the service. I work remotely in Canada and the desktop phone works exceptionally well. The voice quality is even better than a land line. The 8x8 mobile app is a big plus. It also allows me to transfer calls from and to the desktop phone seamlessly.
The mobile app allows usto be able to conduct business as if we are in the office 24/7/365
While I am away from my desk 8x8 is set up to forward calls to my mobile. Voicemail is a great tool. But, combined with the option to forward calls flexibility is maximized.
