I like quite a few of the features of the 8x8 system. These include: call forwarding, text message capability. But my favorite is having voicemails sent to my email. Truly an excellent system.

Love the flexibility and ease of use the product brings to the table. To be able to use the desk phone or the pc phone allows us to always have access to our clients, even when we are on the road. The online product is extremely easy to use and allows you to store and save contacts so you are not fumbling back and forth between outlook or email and the phone. Love the product!
8x8 helps me concentrate my attention. I don't have to worry about paying attention to emails, company updates, my fellow coworkers, AND my office phone. The screens on our phones are small so it is easy to miss if we have a missed call, but 8x8 puts all that information right in front of me where I need it.
We are large church with an office of about 16 people. We had a PBX onsite that we relied on to communicate with the congregation as well as the community. Over the past few years we were hit by lightning and power spikes that lead to us being without phones for days! After much research we chose to select 8x8 for a IP based phone service. Well, the archives. We've been using 8x8 for 3 years now and everything is still available. Very easy to use and retrieve anything we want no matter how old it is. We love 8x8!
I love being able to remotely handle 8x8 if I can't make it to the office. Virtual Office is easy to use and it makes working from home easy. I also love how easy it is for me to transfer clients to other's.
The sales and support teams are amazing!
i9 Sports loves 8x8 Services because we are always on the go. I can always be reached whether I am out on the game fields or at certain events. I hate giving out my cell phone because I need my personal time and if my clients have it, you know they will be calling and texting. With 8x8 I have no problem turning it on through my phone. It's the best ever!!
