I love so many things about 8 x 8 !! The features of caller ID and functions of missed calls, placed calls and received calls are very valuable features. We have 3 telephones at our shop and showroom but also have one of the telephones at our home which is very convenient in evenings and weekends. I love the control features. Everything from setting up individual voicemail to being able to view what is going on within our business. Forwarding the phones to different people on different days with ease makes my life so much easier. The customer service has been top notch, especially the initial start up crew. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Having the ability to access and make calls directly from our computers gives us an edge strongly needed when it comes to dual tasking and taking care of business. Our business loves the availability and adaptability of the 8x8 service. With the option to have a softphone versus a physical phone or to have the softphone interface act as a desktop app to be able to see who is calling on screen; our users find that invaluable.
