The 8x8 Customer Service Tech Support Department is 100% + completely wonderful! Any time there has been an issue, the Customer Service Tech Support has been so helpful and rectified all the issues we have had. They deserve a special party from 8x8 for all their terrific help.
The staff at 8x8 is knowledgeable and great to work with! We have multiple clients on their platform and we are happy with the service. The platform is easy to setup too.
We 8x8 like for a number of reasons, but primarily the accessibility of our account through the online portal. It makes accessing our account information very easy, and the portal is really user friendly.
What I love most about 8X8 is that it works. I run my business from my cell phone and the cell phones of 2 other key employees. We have a single office number and with the 8x8 service when the phone rings at the office it also rings our 3 cell phones so we never miss a call. Before switching to 8X8 I had attempted this with 3 other companies and they just could not get it to work. Thanks 8X8 for the great service! Wayne
I think its amazing.. You don't have to be in the office to answer your calls. You can have the app on your cell phone, or laptop and receive all your calls and voicemail no matter where you are. I love it... you are able to enjoy time with family and never miss the important phone calls. Thank you.
We love the virtual office that allows us to chat and text. The texting feature is a needed feature for our office.
Four years ago, I went through a bout of palate cancer. The treatment included surgery, chemo and radiation. An obterator, a device like a denture made from metal, was crafted to replace the palate after a skin graft. The surgery included remove of the nose cartledge and bone. When I went back to work, I had trouble being understood on the telephone. Enter 8x8. They recommended a Polycom 550 VOIP phone and a Plantronics headset.
