What don't we love? Telling anyone what we do love would just be listing all the services 8x8 provides. We love having multiple lines and our fax all in one place, love voicemails and faxes are going to emails, love the forwarding option to reach all our agents, love texting capabilities from the computer, love the online meetings... and great customer service. Thanks for making our communications life easier, so we can focus on the rest of the business.
We used to have issues with our old provider and as a tech support this usually means trouble for us. At times it will be call quality or service outage. What makes mater worst is that there are delays in resolving the issue thereby affecting productivity and causes frustration among our users. Our situation has greatly improved when we switch to 8x8, no more dropped calls, no more echoes in calls and very minimal outage if any.
