I just love the way your representatives are engaging with the customer on the phone. They truly care about your customer satisfaction. They are full of helpful hints and offer suggestions on how to maximize on what you have already invested. They are excellent bout watching your minutes and suggesting plans that maybe better accommodate your business needs. In short 8x8 is an amazing upbeat, relevant company with great people resources!
I manage a Support team for a global tech company. 8x8 allows us to help companies all around the world in an instant without setting up complicated conferences or bridges. They can come to us with emergencies and be connected easily with our wonderful support team so that we can set their minds at ease just like we were right there with them in England, Uruguay, China, Russia, etc. 8x8 has made connecting with our customers a breeze and we are thankful for the system!
We are celebrating one year in business and 8x8 services has saved us money (we didn't have to buy a dedicated fax), time (we can get our faxes no matter where we are), and frustration (it's easy to use and the customer support is excellent)!

We are a small business. One of the struggles of a small business is the ability to afford big business tools! With 8X8 we are able to have big business options for a affordable price. Options like voice recording, remote lines via the 8X8 app, voice mails sent to e-mail in case your out of the office you know you missed a call. Being able to listen to and forward voicemails from anywhere in the world is a huge benefit, as well as being able to use wifi to dial our international customers when we're out of the office.
