Sometimes the process takes too much time and freezes the entire page, constant times where the app shuts down out of nowhere and many times it registers over 4 plugins open when there are none open.
What I hated about this app is that it steals my scroll bar any time I open a page. Also, it's only available on a limited number of tabs. When I begin typing notes in SFDC, the app jacks my scroll bar and pulls it to the login section.
8X8 really helps me manage my day to day tasks and is simply seamless with SF - great!

Very easy to use. Logs my calls appropriately Sometimes opens the correct account with an inbound call, this is very helpful so i do not have to search it while in the middle of a conversation. Would be great if this happened more consistently.
The app works very well. Sometimes I need to reload my page to get it to work. Sometimes it pulls in the incorrect contact.
