Love the app! Seamlessly integrated with Salesforce... easy to use. I love how it automatically logs calls and pulls account records with incoming calls. Good call quality, too.
Great concept but a little clunky/confusing on how to use and some major limitations such as not being able to manually add external contacts. The worse issue I've been faced with is a very long delay in support.
Apps rarely work as advertised, this one does.

The 8x8 Salesforce App makes a seamless integration of data that is already input into Salesforce with calling our contacts. Not only do I like the fact that it logs the call on the contact board automatically, but I can click on the phone number without having to manually dial.
