As long as there are not too many windows open the app works great and makes logging calls/notes very easy.
The App is wonderful for on the fly work environments where the caller ID on the screen quickly notifies you of who is calling. Equally as helpful is the logging of the call while the call is still happening to help keep accurate notes. In addition, the 8x8 app that allows you to access your desk phone from anywhere makes working from home extremely viable and there is no worry about a client gaining access to my personal number
Consistently works! Only having 5 Salesforce windows does limit this app, so maybe extending it to more windows would make it a bit better for my workflow.

You should be able to have 8x8 open on unlimited tabs in SalesForce.
This app works perfect! easy to use, & also easy to locate which calls are associated to whichever account. Quick access to make call and recording them. Love it!
