I was not sure I liked the program at first, it seemed like a huge learning curve but I was hooked after the first week. I use it all day at work and it is such a necessary tool to have! It keeps me organized and keeps our customers happy, which is always our #1 priority!
Average. I do lose calls weekly, they get dropped.
Great, the new app is fantastic
It's very convenient having the window in Salesforce, great for taking notes during calls, and is very efficient for inbound calls when it automatically pops up. It can be buggy. There are times when new calls do not log in the window, and there are times when a call associates with the last person you talked to instead of who you're talking to at the time
I use 8*8 every day and I love it ! I use it at work injunction with Salesforce and it makes things easier because it automatically puts a record of my calls.
Useful. Makes my day more efficient Would enjoy my call notes not being cluttered with your pre-written "Call time" "Comments:" etc. section that always adds in when the calls are auto-logged in SalesForce. Additionally, it would be nice to improve the speed/function of your system pulling inbound call accounts in SalesForce as I love this feature but it only really works like 1/10 times at most. I'd like to be able to rely on your product a bit more so I can trust when I'm being more efficient that it won't let me down.

The fact that you can click to dial is huge. It really helps us Salespeople make calls much quicker and easier. It's definitely a time saver.
