You have a great app that works awesome with salesforce.
It is definitely handy to have the integrated bar for logging calls. I wish it did not log out as frequently and that we were not limited as to how many windows it could be up on, since I often have many tabs open. Otherwise the interface is great!

Everything logs nicely into SFDC. I haven't had any problems with the click to dial. What took some getting used to is it rings when you do the click to dial but not a big deal since it still saves time.
app seems to have improved - it used to only show a portion of the pop up window on the left side, but it's ok now!
The app has helped me streamline my workflow.
The App is great. It takes some time to get used to but once you do, it saves tons of time.
