it saves me a bunch of time
Works well and have run into almost 0 issues with it, other than the occasional having to reload of my browser to get the outbound dial up.
Solid way to make calls without having to dial each number. Also nice that it records them for call reviews etc.
I wish it could have an unlimited amount of tabs to be logged in on. Otherwise, fairly satisfied with the service.
It is ok. I don't like that it enters every call we make. For instance, the SF page for the car service we use. we have in notes all our profile numbers for the speakers we arrange calls for. However, every damn time we call said car service 8x8 puts a note in there which means we either have to delete all those nonsense notes, or scroll through all of them to find the profile numbers we need w hen making reservations which used to be front and center and easy to find. That's my only complaint.
Pretty easy to learn to use, like the logging features.
Phone system is responsive, stays up most of the time.
The app is great. I like how it logs a call to show your working even if you didn't make any notes about the call. It's a reminder that you actually called on a certain day and it logs it automatically. I also like how i can dial straight from Salesforce to one of my contacts. Nothing bad to say about this SF App!
