I have not needed a repairman before, but when I asked for the name of a reputable company, I had more people suggest Able the most. I called got an appointment and the repairman arrived right on time. His name was Rick. He was courteous and personable and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable about my needs for repair and I felt he was being very genuine. The part had to be ordered, but in two days he was back and the problem was taken care of. Glad I found these guys..... There are people out there in plumbing and heating/cooling that you don't want to do business with...... ever. Use Able, keep their number handy because there will be a next time !

I had washing machine repaired by Mark. I am very satisfied with the service. He was polite efficient and professional and accurate in diagnosing the problem . I am quite happy with the work he did.

We had a problem with our washing machine and Mark was very prompt and friendly. He assessed our problem and talked with my husband and said he would have to go get the part needed and would be back shortly...I hardly realized he had gone when he returned and completed the repair. We were very pleased with Mark's professionalism and will call and ask for him in the future if the need arises.

We called Able service to repair our dryer because our appliance repair man had retired. They came the next day and fixed it. Loved that they had the part in stock so we could get right back to laundry. Rick was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Cost was in line with what I expected.

I first used Able a year or so ago and had a good experience. When I had trouble with my washer and dryer this time - it was easy to use them again. Charlie was my repair person both times. He is very knowledgable about washers and dryers and I'm very comfortable with his recommendations for repair.
