Had my Samsung refrigerator repaired by Zach. He had the issue diagnosed right away. He was able to fix the issue quickly. Zach was very friendly and made sure the repair was completed to my satisfaction.

Zack diagnosed an unusual problem with our washer and put in the extra effort to resolve the problem. We really appreciate his enthusiasm as well as his ability to repair the washer . We have isedcAble appliance before and are grateful to have found such a competent company with excellent customer service.

This is a great company. I highly recommend them! I'm so glad I did the research and chose Able Appliance to get my refrigerator repaired. John G**** did an excellent job, was super friendly, honest, and dependable! Finding parts for appliances seems to be a real challenge, but John made it happen and kept costs low. What I found particularly wonderful was the service call fee. Other places will charge anywhere upward to $100 just to come and look at the appliance. Not this company.

We had an appointment with Able Appliance Repair this morning. John called ahead to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he asked us to show him the problem with our washing machine. It was less of a problem with the washing machine as much as it was not using it properly. We were fully expecting to pay in excess of $200.00 for his time and efforts, but he only charged us a service call - $9.95! We have been customers of Able Appliance for a number of years. The workmanship has always been top notch and we took Rick's advice when it was time to replace our washing machine. With 9 people in our house we needed a washer that would stand up to daily heavy use and not have to be replaced a few years later. We are so happy we listened to him!
