When we bought this house I found an old Able Appliance receipt from the previous owner in a misc drawer. When our washing machine went on the blink, I called the number on the receipt. The gentleman came out on-time and performed the needed repair using new parts from his truck (unit is 12 years old). I've invited Able Appliance out to my home 3 times, for 3 separate issues /needed repairs. The highest bill was $154 including parts and labor (which I am thrilled). JB arrived on time, was efficient and to the point. A part was needed to make the repair so he told me what time he would be back to complete the repair. He returned at that time and quickly completed the repair. I will call Able Appliance Repair again.

Rick, our technician, arrived on time and did a very good job. He was knowledgeable about the issues our dryer faced, diagnosed the problem and installed the solution. I've always been happy with the job the Able technicians complete.

My tech was Charlie. Had a miscommunication with phone number which delayed him arriving at my home but once he arrived he was very quick, courteous, and knowledgeable about my appliance. I have used this company before and I will definitely use it again if needed
