Able Appliance Repair timely scheduled a Repair Technician to address our Samsung Dryer that was not heating. We requested Technician "Charlie" as he previously provided excellent service. Charlie quickly resolved the issue.

Recently Joshua O******* made a service call to my home to diagnose an issue with my AC/ Furnace. I can say that he is one of the most courteous, professional individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Joshua is highly knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his service. The serviceman de-iced the ice maker and was on his way. He could have sold me an evaporator and I wouldn't have known any difference. I appreciate his integrity and will use Able again.
